How does the app generate more revenue?
It’s common to think that in order to make more money, you need more customers, but in reality, you just need the same customers you already have, to book appointments more frequently. Groomer.io automatically contacts customers with a friendly SMS message after 6 weeks encouraging your customers to schedule another appointment.
Do I have to use the comeback reminder feature?
All automated messages are optional. You may turn them on and off at any time.
How much will I pay?
As your business fluctuates in sales with the seasons, so can your pricing. Our base rate is 69¢ per customer served per month with discounts at higher volume. An appointment is considered 1 person, no matter how many pets belong to your client. You can add as many customers into the system free of charge. You are only billed for customers that are scheduled, and canceled appointments do not count toward your bill. The short answer is, we only make money, when you make money.
Are canceled or no-show appointments billed to my account?
Because of our state of the art notification system, we take full responsibility for any canceled or no show appointments. You will not be billed for appointments that did not generate your business any money.
Is there a way to try the software?
Absolutely! For the best experience we recommend setting up a demo to get your account set up. All accounts receive a free trial so you can evaluate if Groomer.io is the right fit for you.
Is my data safe?
Data security is our top concern. All of your data is backed up routinely and we do not sell any information about your clients.
What phone number will messages be sent from?
Groomer.io will assign a new local number to your account. All messages and phone calls will be sent using that phone line. If you would prefer to send messages through your own cell phone number you may do that as well.
Is there a limit on SMS messages and phone calls?
There is absolutely no limit to SMS messages or phone calls, and you are not billed per message or call. Enjoy real unlimited messaging with Groomer.io
Is there a limit to the number of employees or customers I can save?
There is no limit on the number of employees that can work for you. In addition, you can save as many customers in the system as needed. Never worry about deleting customers to stay under certain quotas or paying per employee ever again!
Is there a contract or setup fee?
There is no contract or setup fee. You pay month to month and can come and go as you please. If you need any help setting up or importing an existing customer database please reach out to our friendly customer service!
Is tech support included?
Tech support is included by default on all plans! Your business is important, we know you need someone you can call when you need some help. You shouldn’t have to pay for peace of mind.
